Nicaragua Mission Outreach
Our ministry in Nicaragua began in 1994, primarily in Managua. That same year, Andrew Wommack prophesied that we would meet a man who would open the doors of Central America to us. Just as spoken, we met Pastor Daniel Ortega Reyes, who has faithfully served as our main pastor and now oversees all of our ministry work throughout Nicaragua.
Over the years, we have ministered in every country in Central America, but God placed a special call on our hearts to focus on Nicaragua—to “Rebuild the Walls” of a nation that had been devastated by the great earthquake of the 1970s and the effects of communism in the 1980s.
Through the grace of God and the faithful support of our partners, we have been able to build three Christian schools located in Managua, Las Maderas, and Ometepe. Thanks to our child sponsorship program, students attend free of charge. Each day, they receive a quality education, enjoy a nutritious hot meal, and are taught about the love of Jesus. In addition, we sponsor another school in Managua called Gracias y Amor, extending our reach to even more children and families in need.
Our ministry also includes two churches, two feeding programs in Xiloa and San Francisco, and a Trade School in San Francisco offering cosmetology, sewing, baking, English, and Bible classes—equipping students with both practical skills and spiritual foundations.
Beyond education and discipleship, we build tiny homes for families in extreme need and operate mobile medical clinics that bring care and compassion to the communities we serve.
Every year, we ship three 43-foot containers filled with supplies, gifts, and resources to sustain all of these programs. We are deeply thankful to God and to all of our partners whose prayers, love, and generosity make it possible to transform lives throughout Nicaragua for the glory of Jesus Christ.
